1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ATLAS Engine platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
ATLAS Engine is an autonomous B2B lead generation platform that uses AI agents to discover, enrich, verify, and engage with prospective business leads on your behalf. The Service includes lead discovery, contact enrichment, multi-channel outreach automation, and meeting booking capabilities.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws
- The accuracy of your ideal customer profile and targeting criteria
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable anti-spam laws
- Harvest or collect personal data for purposes unrelated to legitimate business outreach
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service and all lead data generated through your pipelines. MRECAI retains the right to use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement and analytics purposes.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
7. Billing and Cancellation
Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRECAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
